Yango Tech Partners with the UAE Leading Grocery Delivery Platform to Level Up MENA E-Grocery Market

In January 2023, Yango Tech and Nana announced a partnership. The tech stack of Yango Tech will support Nana in the e-grocery revolution.

Yango Tech announced a partnership with Nana, the leading online grocery and commodities delivery platform in Saudi Arabia. Two companies will work on the implementation of Yango Deli Tech’s technologies into Nana’s current operations in KSA. These will lay the foundation for its future expansion plans.

Yango Tech tech stack for Nana

Yango Tech's technology will enable Nana to improve unit economics, significantly enhance the client experience and support the company’s expansion into new markets.

The move follows a pilot project conducted at one of Nana’s dark stores earlier this year. The test showed the delivery platform could cut down the average missing items per day by 97% by implementing an innovative Warehouse Management System. This system enables almost 100% stock accuracy.

A purpose‑built dark store Picker app also helped to decrease the time needed for order preparation by more than 35%. This was achieved via implementing smart in‑store routing as each stock‑keeping unit (SKU) is assigned to a specific shelf. At the moment, the partnership is working at full capacity across all planned stores.
